“To weird to live, to rare to die.”   After recently watching ‘Gonzo: The Life & Work of Dr. Hunter S. Thompson’ I decided to create an illustration in tribute to him. His shirt features the two thumbed fist, originally used when he ran for Sheriff (now adopted as the Gonzo logo) and the trees are subtly splattered with ink à la Ralph Steadman.

Hunter fans may be interested to know that The Rum Diary is apparently set for a UK release this September.

Bad Ideas are a new band featuring Sam, ex-singer of the Living Daylights who I’ve previously worked with. The band required a myspace design based on their debut EP artwork to help establish themselves and promote their new release. I was recently in London where I got the chance to try out some of my new kit. I’m planning on creating a short 2/3 minute edit of my stay as and when I get free time, over the coming weeks. Check back for updates!
